Best location! Fantastic view! The hotel is situated right next to the lake, offering stunning views of the mountains and surrounding areas. it is close to the bus station which made getting around very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy and the bathroom provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Another great aspect was the complimentary breakfast with a variety of Asian and Western dishes to choose from. It was a great way to start the day.

Location, location, location and the friendliness of the staff and the rooms.

We didn't like breakfast. Both directions (Western and Asia) did not taste so good, eggs were cold, there was no water, juices only from the dispenser were very sweet.

Perfectly located by the lake, close to eateries and shops, clean rooms, special occasion surprises, helpful staff fluent in English.

Good location right on the lake... Many restaurants nearby... Bus station 5 minutes... Great view... Rooms are good (a bit expensive).

At breakfast, there were sausage rolls that were still frozen. The room cards (keys) had to be programmed 3 times.

Service is prompt n attentive . My daughter was sicked n at 10 pm we called for simple porridge . The restaurant was closed . But when the staff gets to know The situation they offered to cook n sent to my rm . After 10 min the staffs called to inform us that it will Take a little while as they are cooking . 15 min later it was delivery to our rm with 2 staffs - caring Attitude . I almost forgot .... My daughter vomitted on The bed . During the clear up I am greatly touch by The caring attitude from the housekeeper to ensure Our comfort n assuring us the where for medical assistance if Needed. Good location next to Sun Moon Lake. Nice room. Hotel rate is expensive. Free bike rental. Excellent breakfast buffet, also in the weekend we had a excellent diner buffet and during the week a la carte. Chef was very friendly and excellent cooking!

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel by the beautiful Sun Moon Lake. The location couldn't have been better, right by the pier for boats traversing the lake. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants in the small village. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They even helped arrange a visit to a tea factory. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a balcony with a stunning view of the lake. We also appreciated the fast internet connection and the discounted boat tickets. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel despite its old appearance. The location right on the lakeside was unbeatable and made up for the initial impression. Though there was no onsite parking, the valet service was convenient. Exploring the lake on foot or in the nearby boats was a highlight. The breakfast, while not inspiring, was adequate.

My Christmas stay at this lakefront hotel exceeded my expectations. The stunning view outside my room was the perfect backdrop for my holiday getaway. The convenient location put me in close proximity to the bike way and visitor center, making it easy to explore the area. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered delicious food selections and the hot water in my room was strong.

While the hotel was well-maintained, it did show some signs of age. some of the nearby restaurants were not as desirable.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right next to Sun Moon Lake and the marina. Plus, it’s just a short walk from shops and restaurants and close to the bus terminal. The staff was fluent in English and very helpful providing information around the attractions. The breakfast provided us with added choices of dishes and the room was equipped with a little dining area with Asian style.
